Accounting System Integration
If an operator already uses an accounting or administrative system, the integration project can separate areas of responsibility and organise the required data exchange with Leader.
Do not replace what already works
Integration begins with an assessment of the existing environment. If an external system already handles part of the accounting or management process, Leader can be used for the gaming and operational layer while transferring an agreed set of data.
What is defined during design
The data set and direction of exchange should be documented before the connection is developed.
- which system is the source for each entity
- which transactions need to be transferred
- which reporting remains in Leader
- how users and locations are matched
- how exchange accuracy is verified
