Leader Platform

Venue Management

Hall Management builds the structure of physical locations in Leader. Each venue becomes a separate managed unit connected to users, cashier points, terminals and reporting.

Location structure

The operator can separate the performance of one location from another while still seeing the overall network picture. This is important when working with multiple venues and distributed teams.

What is controlled for each venue

Within one model, operational entities can be linked to a specific location.

  • users and cashiers
  • terminals and workstations
  • gaming and cashier activity
  • operational performance
  • reports and financial data

Central control

Local operations are not isolated from head office: data is collected in the shared Back Office, where management can compare locations and monitor the state of the network.
