How Leader Works

This section explains Leader through real working processes rather than individual modules: what happens from game selection to payout, and how head office manages multiple locations.

The gaming process from the player perspective

The player sees a virtual event on screen, chooses an outcome and places the bet with the cashier. After the transaction is accepted, the player receives a ticket, follows the draw and, if the bet wins, presents the ticket for checking and payout.

The operational process from the cashier perspective

The cashier works in the assigned interface: accepts the bet, creates the ticket, checks the completed result and processes the payout. Transactions are recorded in the shared system.

Management from the operator perspective

The manager uses Back Office to control venues, users, agents, reporting and finance. Where several locations are operated, data is available both for each individual site and for the overall network structure.
