Cashier System
The Leader Cashier System manages the main workflow between the player and the platform: the cashier accepts the bet, issues a ticket, checks the result and processes payment for a winning transaction.
Cashier workstation
The cashier interface focuses on the actions needed during a shift. The cashier does not need access to the entire Back Office and works only with gaming events, bets, tickets and payouts within the assigned permissions.
Cashier cycle
The sequence remains straightforward for both staff and the customer.
- select a game or event
- accept the bet and record the transaction
- issue a ticket to the player
- check the status and result
- pay winnings against a valid ticket
- record the transaction in consolidated reporting
Operator control
Cashier actions are connected to the accounting and reporting layer of the platform. Management can analyze cashier and venue activity, reconcile transactions and use the data in consolidated financial reporting.
